Enterprise Features

On-Premise Deployment

The Enterprise plan supports full on-premise deployment: BCILattice desktop app, API server, storage, and community hub all running within your organisation's infrastructure.

  • BCILattice desktop app, installed on researcher workstations via your existing software distribution system (MDM, SCCM, Ansible)
  • BCINexus server, self-hosted community and sync server running on your own hardware or private cloud (Docker image provided)
  • Database architecture, scope a PostgreSQL-compatible deployment model for institutional infrastructure
  • Object storage, use your existing S3-compatible storage (MinIO, Ceph) for session file sync
  • Authentication, scope integration requirements for LDAP / Active Directory / SAML 2.0 identity providers

Air-Gapped Deployment

Enterprise deployments can be scoped for restricted-network or air-gapped operation when the deployment, update, and catalog distribution model is agreed in the contract.

  • Core desktop analysis can run locally without internet access
  • Offline packages can be scoped to include required runtime dependencies and approved model/catalog updates
  • Model updates and pipeline catalog updates distributed via offline package
  • Private BCINexus services can be scoped for intranet-only team and publishing workflows
  • Suitable for classified environments, clinical data enclaves, and high-security research facilities
